RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Happy Family Guarantee 

 

Once you purchase a Happy Grub product, you are a part of the Happy Grub Family. Our mission is to bring families together in the kitchen making mealtime more nutritious, convenient, and fun. If we don't meet all of those criteria (plus finding our flavors exceptionally delicious) we are happy to provide a full refund on your purchase.

 

We do not accept returns for products purchased from our retail partners. Contact the store or website you made your purchase from for more information on their return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your product please email us at info@eathappygrub.com and we will either refund your purchase or send you a new product. To complete your refund or return request we require a receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. 

 

Non-refundable items:

*Marked down sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Once your refund or return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. 

 

If you are receiving a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@eathappygrub.com.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If your item is defective or damaged please email us at info@eathappygrub.com. We will send you a replacement item free of charge. For your safety please discard the defective or damaged item.

 

Gifts:

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE shipping on continental U.S. orders only.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

We try to process your order within 1-3 business days. Shipping times can range from 3-5 business days. Our order fulfilment facility is not open on the weekends or during Federal Holidays. Order processing and shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by unexpected delays.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping dates are estimates and are subject to change.
