I just tried the whole wheat pancake mix. It was not pleasant. It had a sour taste to it. I noticed that the wheat one is not listed in the current products or flavors. Maybe we got it on a clearance because they were getting rid of this flavor. I did not know that there were other flavors out there. I wouldn't be against trying out other ones. They would have to be better than the wheat one.
I was so happy to find this company for pancakes and the main reason was that the ingredients are are non-gmo and clean. Once I tried these pancakes oh my goodness they are so delicious and the easiest pancakes to use.
The water level recommended, particularly for these banana pancakes results in a very watery mix resulting in pancakes that are too thin. We had to add some extra flower to the mix to get nice fluffy pancakes, which defeats the purpose of the product. Have to say the mix itself is quite tasty though.
We have since updated our bottles, directions, and added a fill line to ensure that the water added to the bottle thoroughly mixes the batter, so you can easily squeeze the mix out of the bottle :)
Its pretty good taste and i recommend it to anyone.
My kids loved them!! Perfect for a quick fast breakfast, easy to prepare, just add water and shake well and they are delicious. My kids love it! They can’t get enough! I’m definitely getting more to try all the different flavors!
